About: idk man I assume whoever's taking the time to read this is probably canon familiar, but here's some character info on the off chance I can convince someone who isn't to pick up the game just to play Virus for me lol
Preference For: Canonmates as flagged in subject! I'm open to more canon and crosscanon if you see me around on memes but this particular ad is me fishing for specific ships.
Seeking: Some longer-form shipping with smut (but ideally not only smut) where we get to play around with and explore the way these freaks click together. I like digging into the guts of their psychology and how that manifests in their relationships in messed up and problematic™ ways. I'm down for plot and I'm down for slice-of-life, as long as we don't shy entirely away from the dark and silly elements of canon. I couldn't fit it in the subject but I'd also be down for doing psuedo-game jamjar type situations just to be spicy with elements that aren't part of canon without necessarily doing a whole au.
For Virus - I'm gonna be real with you, what I want most is the sweet spot where this relationship is as genuine and compatible as it can be without departing from the unique ways in which they lack the ability to connect with other people! I want to acknowledge the ways they chafe and don't make sense to one another and also the ways they only make sense to one another & are incomplete without the other in their lives.
If you can bring me this I will follow you literally anywhere, you have no idea how aggressively I've been pining for this ship dynamic for literally over a decade.
For Noiz - This one can be as romantic or unromantic as you like lol, I just think the brat would be uniquely interesting to Trip (and maybe not so much Virus, though I'm fine with NPCing him occasionally for the sake of giving him some involvement) so I'm down to have them engage in a mostly-consensual casual arrangement thing or - on the messier side - maybe even have Noiz get yoinked in a hypothetical alternative route where they didn't get Aoba because he picked someone else.
Fun facts it's a headcanon of mine that ViTri take Aoba to Germany in their route (ask me about how strongly I feel that their AllMates' names are actually Herrscher and Wärter)(just kidding you don't need to ask I will commit unspeakable violence on this hill).
Not Interested: Comeuppance narratives or dynamics where the other party isn't attracted to or interested in Trip, any kind of one-sided complete victimisation. If Noiz isn't entirely into what's going on I want it to be at least textually acknowledged that he ignored a lot of red flags to get into that situation. I don't play Trip as a big dumb perpetually-violent oaf and am not looking for a tiny mastermind Virus who resents him and thinks he's stupid/is trying to manipulate his feelings or whatever. Their equality is important to me.
Notes/Info: Prose or brackets is fine, but I prefer to rp in present tense. In terms of density I'd probably describe my tags as medium - I tend toward a few paragraphs with introspection and prefer to get roughly the same energy back; action spam and pure dialogue are not my thing, and I'm not someone who can boomerang (though my actual tagging speed is variable based on my thread partner's habits & how horrendously my job is treating me) but it can also be hard for me to maintain momentum if tags are consistently very long. I'm comfortable with having multiple ongoing threads at once as long as we actually finish most of them.
