■ Comment subjects must be formatted correctly and ads must include the fields from the text form AT A MINIMUM, but you may remove any fields that include "OPTIONAL" in their description. You may add fields.

■ You are required to state in your comment header if you're looking for canon, cross-canon, and/or cross-medium. "OTA" or "all" are acceptable if you're open to any of them.

■ All ads must be for fictional characters only! There will be no real person or celebrity rp ads allowed. Fictional versions of historical figures and settings are allowed. (Ex: Leonardo da Vinci from Assassin's Creed 2)

■ No graphics or images, and extra coding should be kept to a minimum. Do not use excessively large fonts or effects, and ads should be readable.

I'm curious about the rule of one character per ad. What is your reasoning for that?
neighsaying: the window behind it is too small for it to go through. i'm impressed (Default)

Gonna gently plus one this. i assume it's because of the requirements for keywords in the header, which i personally find kind of needlessly nitpicky (typing on my phone so if anything comes off short it's not intended). I'd say to at least move them into the post body itself, as titles do have upper limits and some names/canons run long.

If you're attached to header keywords or one per, would it be okay to thread comments under a header?

Ex: tai
First comment under tai, character one
Second comment under tai, character two

Same person as [personal profile] neighsaying above!

I do understand what you mean, and that can definitely be helpful! Having a keyword entry optionally at the top could work too, otherwise in the header makes sense.

The reasoning for one per ad and no nesting also makes sense! I hadn't considered that, and keeping it narrower in scope (ala KYWTP, which is for specific scenarios) absolutely fits the one idea or character per ad system.

Thanks for taking the time to answer!
